SAPUGO lets you build your own business system, tailored to the way your company works.

Most business software comes with predefined ways of doing things. That works until your processes don't fit. You end up adapting your work to the software, relying on spreadsheets and workarounds, or waiting for someone to change the system.

With SAPUGO, you build the system around your business instead.

How SAPUGO works#

Build your system from the ground up, or start with a description of what you need and let the built-in AI assistant help you create it.

You decide how your data is organized, how people work with it, what rules apply, and how processes move from one step to the next. You can create screens and views, define permissions, automate tasks, and connect different parts of your operation.

You can configure everything yourself or use AI to help build and change your system. No programming is required.

What can you build?#

SAPUGO isn't limited to one type of business or one predefined application. You can build a system for a specific process or connect multiple processes into a broader business system.

Examples include:

  • Operations: job tracking, service coordination, scheduling and approvals.
  • Sales and customer management: customer records, sales pipelines, quotations and follow-ups.
  • Finance and administration: invoice tracking, document handling and approval processes.
  • Inventory and purchasing: product registers, stock tracking, supplier management and purchase orders.
  • Projects and services: project tracking, resource planning, time recording and delivery management.

These are examples, not fixed templates or limits. Your system can reflect the way your business actually operates.

Who is SAPUGO for?#

SAPUGO is for people who understand their business processes and want more control over the software supporting them.

You might be running a business, managing operations, improving internal processes, or building systems for other companies. You don't need to be a developer to get started.

The people who design a system decide how it works. The people who use it get screens and workflows suited to their roles.

Your business doesn't have to fit the software. Build software that fits your business.

Your data#

Each organization gets its own isolated database, hosted in the EU. Data never crosses from one organization into another. You decide who on your team can see which records, down to individual rows and columns.

Each database has backups with restore points, and changes to records are kept in a change history.

How these docs are organized#

Getting started. Start with the Quickstart to build your first table and view in a few minutes. Then read Core concepts to see how the parts of a system fit together.

Data. Tables hold your records. Columns are the fields on each record. Access filters decide which rows and columns each person can reach.

Screens. Views are where people work: tables, kanban boards, calendars and maps. Folders organize the sidebar. Pages hold written documents. Dashboards show numbers and charts.

Automation. Business rules check and fill in data every time a record changes. Workflows handle longer processes such as approvals, emails and scheduled jobs. Documents turn records into PDFs, and Webhooks notify other systems.

People and permissions. Groups bundle people by role. Access explains who can open what, and what they can do there.
